Please, don’t be scared: that’s neither me nor my grandpa. It’s Satie, a late 19th-century French composer (precisely, born in Normandy).
Today I’m kind of sad…because I miss my girl so much and I’m trying to fly high over the thoughts I had in the last days and counting time that divides us from our next travel, which will very likely be to Normandy. And suddenly this old – sung! – valzer comes to my mind: it used to be one of my favourite scores by Satie (with a little effort, I could even play it decently on the piano).
